Grilled Pineapple Teriyaki Salmon

Sweet, smoky, and bursting with tropical flavors, this grilled pineapple teriyaki salmon is a summer grilling essential.

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 pineapple rings

Instructions:

  1. Make the Teriyaki Glaze: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, pineapple juice, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Marinate the Salmon: Coat the salmon fillets in the glaze and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Grill Over Charcoal: Place the salmon skin-side down and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, brushing with extra glaze.
  4. Char the Pineapple: Grill the pineapple rings for 1-2 minutes per side until caramelized.
  5. Serve & Enjoy: Plate the salmon with grilled pineapple rings and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
