Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 pineapple rings
Instructions:
- Make the Teriyaki Glaze: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, pineapple juice, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
