Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad

Juicy grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and fresh greens make for the perfect summer salad!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups arugula or mixed greens
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup toasted almonds
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Grill the Peaches: Brush with olive oil and grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
  2. Assemble the Salad: Place greens in a bowl, add grilled peaches, torn burrata, and almonds.
  3. Drizzle & Serve: Finish with balsamic glaze and a pinch of salt & pepper.
