
Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad
Juicy grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and fresh greens make for the perfect summer salad!
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe peaches, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups arugula or mixed greens
- 1 ball burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Grill the Peaches: Brush with olive oil and grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Assemble the Salad: Place greens in a bowl, add grilled peaches, torn burrata, and almonds.
- Drizzle & Serve: Finish with balsamic glaze and a pinch of salt & pepper.
